  16. Hello dear Office,
    I wnat to bring to your kind notice, that u have such a fulish service providing under the the name of India Speed Post.
    Now Q- Why i m saying this ?
    Ans : As per norms any dak throughout India will be delivered with in 72 Hrs like private courier service, Indian Govt has also give u a previlage to depot the dak through air courier, but u people always do in accordance to the gravity of dak, now what type of gravity u will notice that whether the dak is belonging to high profile citizen or otherwise.
    Now i ask u to a question, how much time should be taken to deliver a dak if it booked from jammu to Bikaner, most probably with in 3 -4 working days.

    If u refused this and want to say that the system of delivery of dak in short time is being adopted. So kindly check the information of consignment no EE 803109145in, when it was dispatched and how much time it required to take of delivery.

    For your kind information the dak under above mentioned india post code booked on 31st july at 11:50 am at samba for Khajuwala Bikaner Rajasthan, destination address has already mentioned on the dak but after lapsing of 06 woking days it not be delivered to me, since it was addressed to me.
    Now, when i tracked the iteam it is at Jodhpur.

    I want reply why it delayed and reply in this regard should be conveyed to me imdetily other wise i will proveed the same through consumer cour through RTI act, then u i hope u will take appropriate action .
